Description

A fine El Bosque zoomorphic tripod jar from the Atlantic Watershed area of Costa Rica, ca. 400 – 700 AD. It is 4” in diameter and featured the head and feet of a turtle protruding from the front of the chamber. The highly burnished slip shows good mineral deposits and root marks.
