June High End Quality Artifact/Relic Auction
German Parade Bayonet The kings head and the knights head are the symbols of the two companies that became Weyersburg (King) Kirschbaum (Knight) & Cie. They later rebranded themselves as "WKC" and lost the Kings head. So the two logo double heads may have begun being used in 1883 when the companies amalgamated, or some time after that. Certainly by about 1900 they were using both and this continued up until the First World War.
