Description
An unusual Colima pendant from West Mexico, ca. 300 BC – 300 AD. It is 3-1/2” long and represents a stylized crocodile, executed in the form of an ocarina. It was not made as functional ocarina but simply intended to be worn as a pendant. Nicely burnished, with good mineral deposits.
