Publishers original blue cloth hardback with gold gilt. Fairly good condition. Has all of its pages and they are in very good shape with the all around gold gilting to page edges. Needs rebount thought. Some shelf wear to corners. 267 pgs. 9 3/4" by 7 1/4"
