Description
This collection had a lot of Joseph Breuer things in it. When I opened this very nice book of "A Day IN Athens with Socrates by Plato 1884" there was this Envelope glued to the Infront piece. Joseph Breuer was a famous painter in the 1800’s and early 1900’s. This would mark some of his early doodling’s. The Book was published in New York by Charles Scribner’s Sons 1884. Its in Very Good condition but the real prize is the letter that is contained on the Infront piece as shown in the photos. Next Owner will have the choice of removing or not removing his artistry. Book is 6 7/8" by 6 1/8". Envelope is 5 1/2" by 3"
