Early HENRY JOSEPH BREUER Portrait 1881. HENRY JOSEPH BREUER (Famous artist from San Francisco, California 1860-1932) Pencil Sketch Portrait of Dr. Ella Howard 1881, 11 in. by 7 1/2 in.. It is initialed by the artist in his fashion for the time. Contained in the photo Album was a photo of Joe Breuer (Picture goes with this lot) which was written below by Ella "Joe Breuer (Artist and Family Friend). Included is a page from the photo album that contains four photographs of Dr. Ella Howard from the 1870’s to early 1880’s. One is a tin. There are additional 1860-80’s photos on the back side of the pages, one is a tin, the artist and the doctor who was sketched. It is glued to the folio page so there is no removing photos from the back.
