Early HENRY JOSEPH BREUER Painting 1887. Henry Joseph Breuer (Famous artist from San Francisco, California 1860-1932) Water color on canvas Utah Scenery 9 1/2 in. by 5 1/2 in. Signed "H.J.B 1887." H. J. Breuer was a close friend to the Lady he painted this for. The envelope although tattered from time is a work of art itself. The painting is in good shape from being in the envelope doing its life with exception of some smudging on the ends from being taken out of its envelope over time. On the back of the giant album page which was removed from the old photo book is an 1881 Happy New Year Card made by Henry Breuer. Not sure if the photo is him or not. The pencil sketching is by another artist that I could not identify but is included as it was glued to the page with the other works.
