Famous Paintings of the World, Over 400 Photographic Reproductions of Great Paintings by Lew Wallace. Jones Brothers Publishing Company 1894. 1st Edition. Photo-Electrotype engraving. Publishers original hardback in dark red or burgundy cloth with gold gilt to the spine. Very Good Condition for a folio of its size and age. A little shelf wear to the cover. Front Board has a lot of wear where it is connected to the spine but is still well attached. Internally it is in excellent condition with page after page of pictures and illustrations of art work pre 1894. 400 pages 14 5/8" by 11"
