Howard with sincere regards and compliments of the Author" on the title page. Victorian style hard back half leather with floral patterns inside the covers. Good shape for its age. Does have separation of the board and spine on the top part of the front cover with some shelf wear to the corners. Other than that pages are clean and its a handsome book. 302 pgs. 8 1/2" by 6".
