Description

A beautiful antique Foo Dog carving from China, ca. late 1800’s. This protective statue and status symbol is 2-1/4” long, is carved from hardwood and actually portrays a lion. It is superbly detailed with rows of sharp teeth and fangs visible in the open mouth. Lovely aged patina.
