A rare El Chanal sello (roller seal) from West Mexico, ca. 300 BC – 300 AD. This unusually large example is 4" long, 1-1/8" in diameter and is perforated lengthwise. It is decorated with two bands of deeply grooved chevron designs running in opposite directions. Strong mineral deposits, small losses.
